Lovely hotel, very pleasent staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

My Boyfriend and i checked in to the Explanade Hotel one hour late that was not a problem with your staff. They were more than helpful with our requests for a sea view room. The room was in execellent condition on our arrival it was spacious, clean, well layed out with tea and coffee making facilities, basicly gorgeous.
The ensuit was very hygenic, with plenty of hot water, towels, and tolities. the bath had easy access to get in and out of, and the shower was very powerfull. The bed did wonders for my back had the best night sleep.

In short I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Esplanade. It lived up to my expectations. The evening meal enjoyed in your restaurant was excellent and my room was perfect. Breakfast was good too, though I might suggest that guests could serve themselves tea and coffee!
